About the shopping cart

Here are some useful things to know about the shopping cart. If you have any questions, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

• You can adjust the quantity of an item by clicking the number field next to the item. Removing an item from your cart is as simple as clicking on the X on the right side. Add new items to your cart on the hot tub or accessory pages.
• The shipping fee is calculated based on the postcode of the delivery address. Click Enter your postcode, enter your postcode and then click OK.
• Dispatch time varies depending on the items in your shopping cart. Because orders are shipped out together as a single package, the longest dispatch time will apply for the entire order. 

Payment options

Pay securely by invoice after delivery, or prepay the full amount of your order by debit or credit card. You can also prepay the full amount of your order by bank transfer (Bacs, CHAPS, Faster Payments).

Delivery

Transport and delivery are handled by our trusted partners DHL and LEMAN. Hot tubs are packaged sideways on a standard pallet. The hot tub will be unloaded directly on the ground thanks to a tail lift on the back of the truck.

Right of withdrawal

Skargards guarantees a 40-day right of withdrawal after delivery if the product does not meet your expectations.
